Springfield Nursery Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Barnstaple. The successful applicant will hold a full Early Years childcare qualification (Level 2 or above) and be adaptable, reliable and an excellent communicator.

You will plan and deliver engaging play and learning opportunities, carry out key person duties and provide constructive feedback to parents, helping each child to reach their full potential in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Full Early Years childcare qualification or equivalent (Level 2+)

Successful applicants will need to hold a full and relevant Early Years Childcare qualification or equivalent (Level 2 or above) and will need to be adaptable and flexible due to the nature of the business.

You must be hardworking, motivated, love the outdoors and be passionate about working within an early years environment. You will be working as part of a team so it is essential that you have good communication skills.

You will be expected to plan and deliver high quality play and learning opportunities through a wide range of activities. You will carry out key person responsibilities and communicate effectively with parents through daily and written feedback and have sound working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework with a desire to support and promote individual children, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
