Job summary

Rapier Employment is seeking HGV Class 2 drivers for a client in the Normanton, Wakefield area. The role is nights with 48 hours guaranteed per week, starting times 23:00 to 06:00/08:00. It involves multi-drop runs, loading/unloading, and a three-week rotation schedule.

Ideal candidates hold a Cat C licence, Digital Tachograph Card, and CPC qualification, with no more than 6 points on their licence. The position offers temp-to-perm potential and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

Cat C licence holder & CPC qualification.
Digital Tachograph Card required.
No more than 6 points on licence; DR10/CD10/IN10 not allowed.
Physically able to lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

Multi drop work between 7–10 per shift.
Delivering to dealerships through the night.
Loading cages onto trailer and delivering to stores through the night; three-week rotation.
Loading trailer before leaving site and unloading at customer premises.

Role involves loading cages onto trailer and delivering to stores through the night. Same places on a 3 week rotation.
