The Sunrise Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Social Worker Grade 10 - Social Care Qualified to manage a varied caseload of children, young people and families and to provide high-quality, child-centred social work.

You will complete assessments, care plans and reviews, safeguarding, direct work with children and families, and collaborate with schools, health, police and fostering services to inform decisions. Regular supervision and development are provided.

• Build strong, professional relationships with children, families, carers and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
• Lead on safeguarding and child protection work, responding confidently to complex and high-risk situations.
• Undertake direct work with children and families, ensuring their wishes, feelings and lived experiences inform decision-making.
• Work closely with schools, health professionals, police, fostering services and other agencies as part of a multi-disciplinary approach.
• Prepare clear, analytical and evidence-based reports, assessments and court documentation within required timescales.
• Represent children and young people at reviews, conferences, strategy meetings, panels and court hearings where required.
• Use professional judgement to manage complex cases, risk and challenging situations, ensuring decisions are evidence-based and focused on children's best interests.
• Access regular supervision and professional development while maintaining accurate records, statutory compliance and high professional standards.
