Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor in Nottingham to manage a trades team, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effective solutions. The role is temporary for 3-6 months, requiring leadership skills in supervising plumbers, joiners, and bricklayers. Ideal candidates will have experience in reactive maintenance, a driving license, and the ability to motivate others. With a full-time commitment of 40 hours from Monday to Friday, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team.

Sellick Partnership is recruiting for a rewarding opportunity to join a team as a Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Our client is looking for the right professional with a Trades Supervision background to join a vibrant and welcoming team.

Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor

Temporary, 3 – 6 Months

Rates – £Competitive

Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Duties of the Trades Supervisor role may include:
  • Supervising a team of Multi‑Trade specialisms such as Plumbers, Joiners and Bricklayers
  • Managing Property subcontractor works
  • Liaising with tenants and stakeholders to ensure disputes are resolved and customer care is guaranteed
  • Coordinating and scheduling repair works to ensure timely resolution of tenant‑reported issues
  • Conducting regular property inspections to monitor work quality and H&S
  • Taking responsibility for budgets, materials and resources in a cost‑effective nature
Experience desired for the Repairs Supervisor:
  • An ability to lead and motivate a team of Trades professionals
  • Reactive/Responsive maintenance experience
  • Driving licence and ability to use a company vehicle
