Build Recruitment Limited is recruiting an experienced plumber multi to join our client’s reactive maintenance team in Uxbridge.

The role is temporary to permanent, hours are 42.5 per week, with an hourly rate of £22 CIS. A van and fuel card are provided for business use.

You will diagnose and repair plumbing faults in domestic/social housing, ensure work is completed to a high standard, adhere to safety regulations, and provide excellent customer service in tenanted properties.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing.
• Domestic/social housing/council property repairs experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to carry out secondary trades to a good standard.

Responsabilités

• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, taps, toilets, and pipework
• Making good after plumbing works to a high standard
• Attending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes
• Carrying out secondary trades when required
• Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations
