Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Plumber Multi-Trader to join the reactive maintenance team working in occupied domestic properties. This role involves day-to-day plumbing repairs and general maintenance in social housing settings.

The position requires an NVQ/City & Guilds L2 in Plumbing, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to perform basic secondary trades. Weekly pay and a company van with fuel card are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable).
• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Plumbing is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of plumbing repairs in domestic/social housing settings.
