Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join our reactive maintenance team. The role covers Bristol, Cardiff, Oxford, with the successful candidate based in Swindon and prepared to travel to sites as needed.

You will carry out domestic plumbing repairs in occupied properties, diagnose faults, and perform related multi-trade tasks. NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing is desirable; a full UK driving licence and good customer service are essential.

Qualifications

Strong experience as a plumber in social housing or reactive maintenance.
Ability to work independently in occupied properties.
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing desirable.
Multi-trade skills such as carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Carry out domestic plumbing repairs within occupied properties.
Diagnose and repair leaks, pipework, taps, toilets, sinks, baths, showers, radiators and other plumbing fixtures.
Attend reactive repair jobs and resolve issues efficiently.
Keep accurate records of completed works, materials used and job updates.
Use a PDA system to record and update job information.
Follow health and safety requirements and company procedures.
