A property management company is seeking an experienced Work Planner to coordinate the planning and scheduling of Passive Technicians relating to Fire Safety works across the estate. The successful candidate will ensure jobs are completed timely, provide high-quality service to residents, and handle a fast-paced work environment. Essential skills include excellent administration, communication, and organizational capabilities. The planner will be responsible for allocating work to the team and booking works with residents from the site. The team is looking for a professional and experienced Work Planner to be part of the new team and to bring new ideas into the Passive Fire team. Your impact in the role: You will take care of arranging follow‑on works to ensure efficient service, logging data and notes on the computer system to ensure smooth handover and communication. Passing on relevant information to all stakeholders. Prioritising and scheduling emergency jobs so you must have excellent organisational skills. Monitoring of emails and adhering to SLAs, escalating any issues to the supervisor or Passive works manager. The successful applicant will have an opportunity to play a part in delivering a high impact service to our residents and working on reducing our overdue actions. You will be responsible for coordinating the planning and scheduling of the Passive Technicians across the L&Q estate, specifically relating to Fire Safety works. Managing their diaries and timetables to ensure that jobs are completed in a timely manner. Residents receive a satisfactory service and that maintenance issues are resolved in line with service level agreements. The successful candidate will work alongside the Passive Fire Safety Team and will report into the Passive works supervisor.
£30,455 (London weighted salary) and £26,296 (Regional Salary) per annum dependent on experience.
Grade 5. Reporting office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford.
Agile Worker: 20% – 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working).

Join our Passive Fire Team. This is an opportunity to join our Passive works team on a Fixed Term basis and be part of the team created to inspect Front Entry doors on an annual basis. This team works to ensure we meet the current requirements and have clear processes in place.
