Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi-Trader for a permanent role in Wokingham. You will perform reactive repairs and maintenance in tenanted and void social housing properties as part of a dedicated maintenance team.

The role requires experience with disrepair cases and the ability to work in a collaborative, sometimes complex team environment. A van fuel card will be provided and there is additional pay for out-of-hours shifts on a 1 in 8 rota.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering reactive repairs in tenanted or void properties.
• Ability to work within disrepair teams or complex property maintenance scenarios.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a housing maintenance environment.
