Job summary

SEE Services Ltd is seeking a skilled technician to perform reactive call-outs, repairs, and general building fabric maintenance across commercial sites. You will diagnose faults, fix components, and ensure safety standards are met onsite.

You will handle plumbing tasks, carry out grounds and minor external works, and provide follow-up quotes when needed. A valid UK driving licence and reliable on-site presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building fabric maintenance.
• Strong all-round trade skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving ability.
• Confident working independently on site and with clients.
• Comfortable logging on/off job portals using a PDA or mobile app.

Responsibilities

• Attend jobs issued by allocators and follow site access procedures.
• Diagnose faults, repair/damage and restore systems to working condition.
• Carry out building fabric and groundworks repairs, doors, locks, patching, paving.
• Handle plumbing tasks including leaks, taps, and blockages.
• Provide quotes for follow-up work when first visit cannot complete.
