This role involves maintaining CCTV, intruder, and access control systems while delivering top-notch customer service. Candidates should possess excellent troubleshooting abilities and be able to work independently. Experience with high-end clients is preferred. The position primarily covers the Leicester area, with significant travel expected.

Job description

Reactive / Faults Security Systems Engineer - East Midlands (CCTV / Intruder and Access Control systems)

Location : Ideally be based in Leicester or its surrounding towns

Area coverage : Leicester, Nottingham, Coventry and the surrounding areas

Sites : domestic (60%), commercial (30%), schools (10%)

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

• Maintaining CCTV / Intruder and Access Control systems
• Delivering high calibre customer service at all times
• Assist with completion of necessary on-site documentation for customer files
• Undertake continuous training to improve professional development
• This list is not exhaustive, you may be asked to complete other related duties as and when required

SKILLS SET

• Competent using technology such as laptops, measuring devices, smart phones etc
• Good Customer service skills as you will be dealing with our high-end clients on a day to day basis
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards
