Team Creation Limited in London is seeking a React Developer to design and build the frontend of our new Backoffice and other products. You will contribute from concept through deployment on greenfield projects, bringing expertise in React and related frameworks.

You should be a reliable, experienced developer with a focus on scalable frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, and collaboration with design, QA, and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial React application design and development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Redux or other state management frameworks.
• Strong experience in frontend system design, including architecting scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications aligned with overall platform architecture.
• Security best practices and accessibility awareness.
• Experience with UI component libraries such as Material UI.
• Experience working with WebSockets and handling binary communication protocols.
• Proficiency in testing, such as React Testing Library/Jest.
• Understanding of frontend performance optimisation.
• Proficiency in Gitlab or similar version control.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience developing admin dashboards with complex data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the system design and architecture of the Super Backoffice web platform using TypeScript, React, and modern state management solutions, ensuring scalable, maintainable frontend systems aligned with overall platform architecture.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and WebSocket-based communication for data updates.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, and QAs, to deliver features that enhance user experience and meet business requirements.
• Optimise applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance, ensuring the best possible user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and industry trends, and apply them where appropriate.
