Adroit People Limited (UK) seeks an experienced Frontend Developer to design and implement modern web applications using React and TypeScript. You will build reusable components, integrate with REST APIs, and collaborate with UX/design to deliver enterprise-grade experiences.

You will work within an Agile environment, ensure accessibility and security standards, and contribute to architecture discussions while supporting CI/CD and automated testing practices.

Competenze

• 5+ years of commercial experience developing modern web applications.
• Strong practical experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS and responsive UI design.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.
• Familiarity with front-end tooling such as Vite, Webpack, npm and Git.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or equivalent.
• Understanding of secure software development and common front-end security risks.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

• Design and develop responsive, accessible and high-performing web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI components, design patterns and shared front-end libraries.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and enterprise back-end services.
• Work with UX and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences aligned with enterprise design systems.
• Implement appropriate approaches to state management, routing, authentication and application security.
• Contribute to solution design, technical architecture reviews, estimation and delivery planning.
• Collaborate with Pega delivery teams to configure, extend or integrate Constellation-based user experiences where required.
• Ensure solutions meet agreed standards for performance, accessibility, scalability, maintainability and security.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and DevOps practices.
• Mentor less experienced developers and help establish engineering standards and reusable practices.
