Join our team as a Reach Truck Warehouse Operative in Spalding!

Pay Rate: £14.30 an hour up to 40 hours (paid breaks included!) - Overtime: Earn £21.45 after 40 hours!

Are you ready to take on a multi-skilled, rewarding role in a close-knit team? We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our fast-paced warehouse team based in Spalding.

Shifts: Rotating 06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00 (a weekend shift on a rota basis 06:00-16:00). Other shift patterns could be considered.

Location: Spalding -25°C Freezer warehouse services.

Your Role:

As a Reach/Warehouse Operative, you’ll:

• Operate Reach Trucks to handle stock in static drive-in and mobile racking.
• Pick, assemble, and wrap orders manually.
• Use RDT technology for pallet locating.
• Work in a -25°C freezer environment with plenty of warm breaks.
• Liaise with the supervisor to prioritise tasks.
• Be a key part of a small, collaborative team.
