Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking experienced Reach Truck Drivers for inbound operations at a modern logistics facility in Hams Hall, Birmingham. The role offers temp-to-perm prospects and requires a valid Reach Truck licence with hands-on experience at heights above 8 metres.

Shifts rotate on a two-week cycle with early and late options; base pay starts at £14.00 per hour, with £15.20 per hour on night-time hours after 22:00 and overtime paid after 37.5 hours.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach Truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR).
• Experience operating Reach Truck at heights above 8 metres.
• Good understanding of health and safety in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck to move and store pallets.
• Put away and retrieve pallets at heights using Reach Truck.
• Support inbound warehouse operations beyond Reach Truck duties.
