Job summary

Ideal Recruit Ltd in Barnsley is seeking an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a busy warehouse operation. You will move stock around the site safely, loading/unloading goods and placing items into racking.

The role requires a valid D2 Reach Truck licence, reliable punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ongoing work available with standard shift hours.

Qualifications

• Valid D2 Reach Truck licence is required.
• Experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse.
• Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operating a reach truck safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading goods.
• Moving and storing pallets within the warehouse.
• Placing stock into racking.
• Picking and replenishing stock.
• Checking goods and ensuring accurate stock movement.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Following all health & safety procedures.
• Working to warehouse targets and deadlines.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required.
