Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Reach Truck Driver for a site in Luton, operating in a cold store/temperature-controlled warehouse. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with a pay rate of £13.40 per hour and a temp-to-perm pathway.

Ideal candidates will hold a Reach Truck license, counterbalance license, and have prior experience in food industry or FMCG warehousing, plus RF/WMS proficiency. PPE provided and parking on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cold store or temperature-controlled warehouse.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Valid Reach Truck License (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT, or equivalent).
• Counterbalance license.
• Food Industry or FMCG warehouse experience.
• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Reach Truck in a safe and professional manner at all times.
• Put away, replenish, and retrieve stock from racking locations.
• Loading and unloading vehicles as required.
• Completing stock movements using WMS and RF scanning equipment.
• Carrying out stock checks and assisting with inventory counts when required.
• Ensuring all products are handled in accordance with customer, food safety, and quality requirements.
• Conducting daily pre-use MHE checks and reporting defects immediately.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Following all site health and safety procedures and safe systems of work.
• Supporting operational requirements and assist with general warehouse duties when required.
• Ensuring products remain in the correct temperature-controlled environment.
• Reporting stock discrepancies, damages, near misses, accidents, or unsafe conditions to management promptly.

Reach Truck Driver for our client's site, a Blast Freezer environment dealing with frozen food products for a multi site.

Staffline is recruiting Reach Truck Drivers in

Luton.

The rate of pay is

£13.40 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts,

Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:

8am to 5pm

Applicants must be able to work within a

cold store/temperature-controlled warehouse.

Your Time at Work

As a Reach Truck Driver your duties include:

• Operating a Reach Truck in a safe and professional manner at all times.
