Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is seeking experienced Reach Forklift Truck Drivers to join a leading manufacturing and distribution operation in the Beliver area. This role offers real temp-to-perm opportunities after 3 months, with excellent earning potential and a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Pervasive shift rotation (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am) and on-site facilities accompany competitive pay (£13.97-£18.63 per hour DOE), overtime, and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Recent Reach FLT experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Reliable and flexible approach to rotating shifts.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach FLTs safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Move stock within busy production and dispatch areas.
• Support a fast-paced 24/7 logistics operation.
• Work as part of a motivated and supportive team.
• Maintain excellent health and safety standards at all times.
