A Vacancy at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust

This post offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual wishing to further develop their knowledge and skills within mental health services for older people.

The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day provision of evidence based therapeutic activities and have opportunities to work alongside nursing and occupational therapy staff and carers/families.

Based on Windermere Lodge, you will be joining a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team and have an opportunity to contribute to service quality and developments.

We offer a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification relevant to your role. As an apprentice, you will gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain necessary tools.

Apprenticeships include regular training with a college or other training organisation; around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.

Whether you already work for us or are joining the Trust and NHS for the first time, apprenticeships can help you develop the skills, knowledge and know-how to embark on a successful and fulfilling career within the health service.

Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team alongside a variety of qualified and support staff as well as developing links with external agencies and community resources to provide high standards of care for services users and support for their families.
