A local authority organization in the UK is seeking a Reablement Support Worker to assist clients in regaining their independence after illness. The role involves flexible working hours, a supportive team environment, and training opportunities. Candidates need a full driving licence and a caring background to help others. Permanent contract | £21,407 to £22,817 per annum (Scale E) | 30 hours per week | Mill Close, Aylsham. Working pattern over two weeks including alternate weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

We work with a reablement ethos, working alongside people in their homes to make a positive difference. We aim to help them regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following a period of ill health or a change in circumstances.
The vacant post is 30 hours per week, working in Holt, Sheringham and surrounding villages. You will work a range of mornings (either 7.30 am to 2 pm or 8 am to 2.30 pm) and evenings (either 4.30 to 9 pm or 5 to 10 pm) with the hours averaged out over a two‑week rota, enabling planning in advance for a healthy work‑life balance.
