Overview

Reablement Support Worker 9121 | Permanent contract | £21,764 to £23,198 per annum (Scale E) | 30.5 hours per week | The Hive, Norwich Community Hospital, Norwich. Working pattern over two weeks including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Support people in their homes to regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following ill health or change in circumstances (reablement ethos).
  • Work a range of mornings and evenings with hours averaged out over a two-week rota.
  • Contribute to enabling customers to plan ahead for a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
  • Be caring, empathetic and committed to making a difference to people’s lives.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle; ability to commute to people’s homes in North Norfolk.
  • No previous experience required; full training will be given.
