A public sector organization in Dereham is seeking a Reablement Support Worker to help individuals regain independence in their homes. No prior experience is needed as full training will be provided. This position requires a driving license for travel across various locations. Reablement Support Worker 8588 | Permanent contract | £19,188 to £20,451 per annum (Scale E) | 27.75 hours per week | Elizabeth House, Dereham. Working in Poringland areas, Wymondham and Watton
Working pattern over two weeks including weekends and bank holidays.
We work with a reablement ethos, supporting people in their homes to make a positive difference. We aim to help them regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following a period of ill health or change in circumstances. Our Support Workers (Reablement) are a key part of that. You will work across the Poringland, Wymondham and Watton areas, with hours spread over a two-week rota.
