Overview

Reablement Support Worker 8588 | Permanent contract | £19,188 to £20,451 per annum (Scale E) | 27.75 hours per week | Elizabeth House, Dereham. Working in Poringland areas, Wymondham and Watton

Working pattern over two weeks including weekends and bank holidays.

About the role

We work with a reablement ethos, supporting people in their homes to make a positive difference. We aim to help them regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following a period of ill health or change in circumstances. Our Support Workers (Reablement) are a key part of that. You will work across the Poringland, Wymondham and Watton areas, with hours spread over a two-week rota.

Responsibilities
  • Vacancy is 27.75 hours per week, working mornings (7.30am to 1.30pm) and evenings (4pm to 8.30pm) with hours averaged over a two-week rota.
  • Work in the Poringland, Wymondham and Watton areas and travel to people\'s homes in North Norfolk.
  • Support people to regain confidence and independence within a reablement framework.
Qualifications
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle required due to travel to people\'s homes.
  • No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
