Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Reablement Occupational Therapist to join our client in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. You will manage a complex OT caseload, conduct strengths-based assessments, and develop person-centred reablement plans to help service users regain independence.

The role is 37 hours per week, hybrid-working with up to 50% admin remote, and a two-month contract. You must be HCPC registered with a degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid UK driving licence.

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC registration.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification Occupational Therapy experience.
• Reablement experience within Adult Social Care.
• Experience managing complex caseloads using strengths-based assessment.
• Strong risk assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with excellent communication and partnership working skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Local Authority experience.
• Community Occupational Therapy experience.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.

• Working Hours: 08:45 – 17:15.
• Hybrid Working: Up to 50% of admin time can be completed remotely.
• IR35: Inside IR35.
• Fast-paced but supportive OT-led Reablement Team.
