An opportunity has arisen to join our Reablement Team as a Reablement Coordinator. The role includes coordinating a team of Reablement Support Workers to provide a strengths based person centred approach. The focus is helping individuals regain or retain their independence, confidence and skills in daily living activities, after hospital admission, illness or deterioration in health.
Reablement Promotes a culture of independence and has a strong teamwork ethic with job satisfaction. All training will be given during period of induction.
