As part of our lively multi-disciplinary team, you'll collaborate with a wide range of professionals, both internal and external to our organisation. Together, we provide not just therapeutic support but a personalised experience in the comfort of individuals' homes, enhancing their quality of life and fostering long-term independence.
As a pivotal position in our service, the role of a Coordinator is to ensure the day-to-day oversight of all allocation within the Reablement service; utilising our staff planning system to organise daily rosters.
