Let’s make Warwickshire the best it can be. Adult Social Care at Warwickshire County Council offers Reablement services. Reablement is a short‑term service (no longer than 6 weeks) for people over 18 who may have a disability, be frail, or be recovering from an illness or injury.
As a Reablement Assistant you will provide support to a variety of customers, helping them regain confidence and skill in daily tasks such as washing, dressing, medication and meal preparation. You will follow personalised care plans, encourage and motivate customers and support them in living independently at home.
Successful applicants will undergo pre‑engagement checks including DBS, Rehabilitation of Offenders Act compliance and Fluency Duty (accurate spoken English required).
