A leading engineering consultancy in the UK is seeking an experienced Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) Facilitator to enhance their RCM capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with a strong track record in RCM, experienced in leading teams, and eager to support the development of RCM Analysts. Flexibility for remote working and travel is available. Applicants must be UK Nationals and eligible for Security Clearance.

• Proven track record in facilitating RCM studies.
• Detailed knowledge of Def Stan 00-45.
• Ability to mentor less experienced RCM Facilitators.

• Facilitate RCM studies, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
• Manage delivery of RCM programmes to meet client expectations.
• Support development of RCM Analysts and mentoring.
