Job summary

Knightwood Associates Limited seeks an experienced RC Frame & Façade Manager for a major SE London residential development. Lead RC frame and façade delivery across ~700 units over three blocks up to 17 storeys, with project running to 2029.

Role involves managing subcontractors, ensuring works align with programme, and maintaining quality and safety on site. Relevant CSCS/SMSTS and First Aid qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of high-rise residential construction.
• Experience working for a residential developer or main contractor.
• Excellent subcontractor management and organisational skills.
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the delivery of RC frame and façade packages.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered in line with programme.
• Monitoring quality, health & safety and progress on site.
• Coordinating trades and resolving technical or construction issues.
• Working closely with the wider site management team to ensure successful project delivery.

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Package
We are currently recruiting for an experienced RC Frame & Façade Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a major development in South East London.
The scheme consists of approximately 700 residential units across 3 blocks, reaching up to 17 storeys, with construction running through to 2029.
With the site team expanding in the New Year, this is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project with a reputable developer.
