My client a successful and well-respected food manufacturer in Leeds are seeking a Raw Materials Technologist to join their Technical department, you will take a key role in supporting the New Product Development Team and Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Due diligence and take into consideration timescales, company procedures, legislation, and customer codes of practice
• Keep up to date with current legislation and company policies
• Ensuring that raw materials specifications are assessed according to standards
• Reviewing analytical data
• Be compliant with customer requirements

Skills And Experience

• Understanding of HACCP, GMP and hygiene
• Basic understanding of Microbiology and Nutrition
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within Food Manufacturing
