As a member of our Pastoral Team, you will take on the responsibility of managing our Ratton Ready room, focusing on providing support to students facing various challenges. Your role will include implementing strategies to create a supportive atmosphere and assisting in the overall wellbeing of the students.

A tactful, discreet, and diplomatic approach is necessary for effective communication with parents/carers, students, and colleagues. The ability to work collaboratively within the team is key, and a self‑motivated individual with a personal drive to complete tasks to required timescales and quality standards will thrive in this role.
Above all, we are seeking an individual with a deep commitment to the wellbeing and success of children and young people. Your role will involve fostering positive relationships and providing essential support to help students navigate and overcome challenges.
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students facing difficulties. If you are a compassionate, dedicated individual with experience working with young people and a commitment to their wellbeing, we encourage you to apply for this important role within our Pastoral Team. Together, let's create a supportive and positive environment where all students can progress and succeed.
