Rapid Response Nurse - Complex Care (Days) Location: East & South Kent Full-Time Salary: £47,646 About the Role Superior Healthcare is seeking an experienced Rapid Response Nurse to join our Complex Care team. As a Rapid Response Day Nurse with the Superior Healthcare complex care team, you will provide personal, 1:1 bedside nursing care to clients in their own homes. Although the role is community-based, it remains a hands‑on clinical nursing position, centred around building trust, offering consistency, and delivering high‑quality care to each client. You'll work with both adults and children living with a wide range of life‑limiting conditions, including congenital conditions, degenerative illnesses, spinal injuries, brain injuries, and those requiring interventions such as ventilation, tracheostomy care, gastrostomy feeding, and bowel management.
