Rapid Response Cleaners – Join Our Team!

Location: Colchester General Hospital
Pay Rate: £21.51 per hour
Vacancies: 3 positions available

We’re looking for dedicated Rapid Response Cleaners to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Your role is vital in ensuring infection control and creating a safe space for patients, staff, and visitors.

Shifts

• 07:00 – 15:30
• 13:30 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 06:30

(5 shifts over 7 days per week)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional cleaning standards across hospital areas, including infection-sensitive zones.
• Work proactively to meet agreed service levels and health & safety requirements.
• Be adaptable and responsive to urgent cleaning needs.

Qualifications

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to health & safety and a “Zero Harm” mindset.
• Previous cleaning or customer service experience is desirable.
