Overview

Are you a commercially minded project manager with a passion for fast-paced delivery? Due to continued growth, we are increasing our Customer Delivery team, and we are looking for a Rapid Delivery Project Manager to drive the success of high-value, short lead‑time projects that shape the future of mobility. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering rapid delivery customer projects within 4‑12 weeks, to drive our monthly revenue. This is a great opportunity offering potential development and progression into more complex, longer‑term new product introduction projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end‑to‑end delivery of short‑lead‑time customer projects
• Coordinating cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Planning
• Leading project governance routines and delivery meetings
• Acting as the primary customer contact, ensuring fast and transparent communication
• Tracking risks, issues, and scope changes to maintain delivery performance
• Supporting financial performance and accurate revenue recognition
• Identifying opportunities for customer growth and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience managing prototype or rapid development projects
• Background in automotive, performance automotive/motorsport, energy, or similar sectors
• Strong project management discipline and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central desirable)
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerBI
• Experience in Agile methodology, APM or equivalent certification preferred
• Ability to travel to site
