Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, empathetic telephone manner and strong customer service focus.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn bespoke systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to lone worker alarm activations promptly and professionally.
• Assess incidents to determine appropriate response and escalation.
• Contact users, nominated contacts and relevant parties to gather information.
• Liaise with emergency services when required and provide clear details.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, actions and outcomes.
• Ensure incidents comply with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and report issues relating to customer information, systems or processes.
• Support the smooth running of the ARC and maintain high operational standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
