Range Manager – Care (Maternity Cover)

Location: Luton, UK

Contract Type: Temporary – 12-month maternity cover

Are you a proactive and commercially minded professional with a passion for consumer products? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy building strong networks, and have a sharp analytical eye? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We’re looking for a Range Manager to join our team in Luton and take ownership of a key product category within our Care portfolio. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing product strategy, driving commercial success, and working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Line teams to ensure our products succeed in the market.

What you’ll do:
  • Translating business strategy into actionable product plans focused on volume, revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Leading product launches, including pricing, distribution, and promotional planning.
  • Supporting Sales with range reviews and customer presentations.
  • Conducting market analysis and sharing insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Evaluating central product proposals and ensuring alignment with UK market needs.
  • Managing product profitability and making data-driven commercial decisions.
  • Acting as the category expert, supporting training and messaging across teams.
  • Monitoring product performance and ensuring a strong consumer experience.
