Job summary

The Essex Golf and Country Club Limited is seeking a Range Host to help develop and enhance the operation of the driving range. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and product knowledge while supporting smooth facility operations.

You will also drive the golf buggy and range picker safely, assist with food and beverage service, and help prepare the venue for opening and closing while upselling services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a golf environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service and product knowledge while supporting range operations.
• Drive golf buggy and range picker safely; ensure correct use of equipment.
• Assist with food and beverage service following hygiene and company standards.
• Prepare facilities for opening/closing; upsell services; provide excellent guest care.
• Collaborate with Golf Operations Manager and fellow Range Hosts to create a welcoming atmosphere and boost member engagement.
