Position Overview

The Associate Project Manager plays a key supporting role within Ralph Lauren's EMEA DTC Programme Team, supporting the coordination and delivery of small-scale digital and business initiatives across the region. Working closely with cross-functional partners, this role helps ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and in alignment with business priorities. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-orientated, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. They will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across functions, levels, and geographies. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for digital excellence along with the desire to grow their project management expertise in a global setting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent small-scale projects or defined workstreams within larger initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, 3rd Parties and technical teams, ensuring business priorities are understood and considered throughout project delivery.
  • Facilitate meetings, including touchpoints and retrospectives; take notes and track actions.
  • Maintain project documentation, including timelines, dependencies, risk and issue logs, status reports, and UAT plans.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place and acted upon, and escalate significant risks or issues to the Senior Programme Manager as needed.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm business requirements are met and issues are logged and resolved before go-live.
  • Ensure post-go-live reviews capture lessons learned and measure project outcomes against defined success metrics.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Experience in project co-ordination or project support, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or digital environments.
  • Foundational understanding of project management principles and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or digital processes is an advantage.
