Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking qualified Raised Access Floor Installers to join our installation teams on commercial projects across London. You will work with an experienced team, following drawings and project specs to install raised access flooring safely and efficiently.

You will be responsible for setting out, cutting, and fitting panels, pedestals, and other components while coordinating with other trades and maintaining quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Qualified and competent in raised access floor installation.
• Experienced on commercial construction projects.
• Able to install raised access flooring to a high standard.
• Able to work as part of a team and take responsibility for your own work.

Responsibilities

• Install raised access floor systems to the required specification.
• Set out and measure floor areas.
• Cut and fit floor panels and components.
• Install pedestals, stringers and other access floor parts.

• Read and work from drawings and installation specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised area.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Follow site health & safety requirements (RAMS).

We are looking for qualified and competent Raised Access Floor Installers to join our installation teams on commercial projects across London.

We have ongoing and upcoming work and are looking for installers who can confidently work as part of a professional team, delivering high-quality installations safely, efficiently and to the required project standards.

The Role

As a Raised Access Floor Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of raised access flooring systems on commercial projects. You will work as part of an experienced installation team and may be required to work from drawings and project specifications.

Typical duties will include:

• Installing raised access floor systems to the required specification.
• Setting out and accurately measuring floor areas.
• Cutting and fitting floor panels and associated components.
• Installing pedestals, stringers and other access floor components.
• Working around existing services and coordinating with other trades.
• Reading and working from drawings and installation specifications.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area.
• Working efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Following site health & safety requirements and RAMS.
• Working professionally as part of an installation team.

• CSCS or relevant site certification is required where applicable, along with any other relevant qualifications or training required for the projects.
