Qualifications

• Must have CCTV Licences.
• Ability to work with sensitive and sometimes disturbing footage.
• Experience in control room operations.
• Strong prioritization skills and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras for suspicious activity.
• Log and communicate with Rail Community Officers.
• Deploy RCOs and address incidents with police.
• Maintain communications within SSCC chat group.
• Liaise with emergency services as needed.
