A leading cleaning and facilities management provider in Edinburgh is looking for an experienced Rail Site Manager to oversee operations for a major rail contract. In this role, you will lead a team of over 30 operatives, ensuring that cleaning standards are maintained effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage client relationships while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced Rail Site Manager to join our team in Scotland, overseeing cleaning operations for a major rail contract.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of 30+ operatives, ensuring depot and fleet cleaning standards are consistently met and maintained to the highest level. Every day brings new challenges, and when you’re working with people, there’s never a dull moment.
