Arriva Rail Services is offering a two-year Graduate Programme focused on Digital and Innovation. The role is based at the Crewe depot with travel to York, Leeds and Derby. It operates on a hybrid basis, requiring a minimum of three days per week at the depot or another Arriva workplace.

As an Arriva Rail Services Graduate specialising in Digital and Innovation, you'll help explore how technology can improve the way Arriva's rail services operate, making journeys better for customers and creating efficiencies across the business. You'll work alongside colleagues who are driving innovation and digital transformation across the rail network.
During the programme, you'll gain experience in areas such as digital technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), business intelligence (BI), data analytics and process improvement. You'll develop an understanding of how digital solutions can solve real business challenges while building valuable technical and problem‑solving skills for your future career.
