Qualifications

• Degree level HNC/HND in an engineering related subject or equivalent.
• Experience in rolling stock and a rail background.
• Strong reliability management skills to support the Project Reliability Board.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development and maintenance of rolling stock.
• Mitigate safety and reliability risks and conduct root cause analysis.
• Lead improvement projects to reduce train maintenance costs.
