Job summary

A national rail contractor in the UK is seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor based in Havant. The candidate will manage complex civils and rail packages and tie up sub-contract orders while reporting to the Commercial Manager. Ideal candidates should have strong NEC and major infrastructure experience, excellent client interfacing skills, and be degree qualified or chartered. This role offers freelance work up to £400 per day outside IR35.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a tier 1 contractor.
• Strong NEC experience required.
• Experience in major infrastructure projects in the UK.
