Fusion People is representing a large Main Contractor recruiting a Senior Estimator to work on sizeable Civil Engineering and Rail contracts in Reading. The role covers the full estimating life cycle, with independence and team collaboration on a varied project portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have a Civil Engineering or Rail background and established estimating experience, with a proven track record in delivering competitive bids for major schemes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full estimating life cycle on large Civil/Rail contracts, both independently and as part of a team.
• Contribute to bidding strategy and project win themes for diverse portfolio of projects.
