Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English.
• Enthusiasm for learning and pursuing engineering maintenance.
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities.
• Positive attitude toward training and college study.

Responsabilités

• Support maintenance specialists with a variety of maintenance activities.
• Learn to use engineering tools safely and effectively.
• Follow standard operating procedures to maintain rolling stock.
• Develop the ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
• Support operational objectives through additional maintenance-related tasks.
• Participate fully in a formal apprenticeship programme leading to a Level 3 qualification.
• Attend college and complete coursework to a high standard.
• Take part in regular training, development and performance reviews.
