Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience delivering projects in a high-volume, low-value environment.
• Experience delivering multiple projects concurrently with strong reporting skills.
• Relevant quantity surveying or commercial management degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance to meet profit targets and efficiency savings.
• Oversee change control, disputes, risks and opportunities.
• Lead negotiation and ongoing management of subcontractors.
• Ensure supply chain compliance and build partnerships.
• Maintain accurate cost plans and project forecasts.
• Undertake monthly progress reports and cost value reconciliation.
