A leading transport provider in the UK seeks a Rail Community Officer to ensure a secure environment for its customers and employees. £32,876 per annum plus regional allowance whilst training.
£36,870 per annum plus regional allowance when fully trained.
This role requires the post holder to be accredited under the Railway Safety Accreditation Scheme. The post holder is required to pass the required training and police vetting process. The police vetting process suspends the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
The role requires the applicant to have lived in the UK for the past 3 years.
Applicants requiring a visa, must have at least 6 months remaining at the start of employment.
Working an average of 37 hours per week on a 4-week rolling roster, shifts include both earlies and lates.
Week 1: Monday to Thursday — 08:00 to 17:15
Week 2: Tuesday to Friday — 08:00 to 17:15
Week 3: Thursday to Saturday — 15:45 to 01:00 (late shift)
Week 4: Thursday to Saturday — 15:45 to 01:0 (late shift)
The 4-week roster will include 1 Sunday (10:45 to 20:00) and 1 Wednesday (13:45 to 23:00).
Hours and shifts can be changed depending on business needs.
