Qualifications

  • 5 years' experience in Building Fabric or Civils asset management, ideally in the rail sector.
  • Knowledge of technical, safety, and performance standards for stations and depots.
  • Qualified with a relevant institution (ICE/IStructE) or (RICS) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the application of asset management policy for building fabric.
  • Monitor asset condition, performance, and compliance.
  • Manage delivery of civils and building-related projects.
  • Support inspections and liaise with contractors and third parties.
  • Represent asset management in meetings.
