Job summary

Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Radiotherapy Radiographer (AfC Band 5) to join St Luke’s Cancer Centre. You will rotate through treatment, pre-treatment, data preparation, Gulmay and HDR brachytherapy, supporting your professional and personal growth.

The post is based at St Luke’s Radiotherapy Department with a satellite centre in Redhill, enabling work across Guildford and Redhill sites while delivering patient-centered care. The Trust values CPD and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• HCPC Registration is required and ongoing professional development is expected.
• Experience in radiotherapy departments and use of IGRT is preferred.
• Demonstrated post-registration experience and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Undertake radiotherapy interventions to high professional and technical standards.
• Work across treatment, pre-treatment, data prep, Gulmay, HDR brachytherapy and research.
• Provide information, education, practical and emotional support to patients and carers.
