Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of Radiographers and Apprentices.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of treatment/pre-treatment units.
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and record-keeping.
• Participate in on-call rota and weekend/bank holiday coverage.
• Organise, manage and delegate tasks to maintain efficient service.
• Ensure radiotherapy treatments are precisely planned and delivered.
